Pricing, Policies & Procedures

Deposit: For all projects with Kathleen Hogg a 25% deposit is required prior to commencement of any work and is to be received after completion of initial consultation.

Website: prices begin at $500.00 for a 5 page brochure website.

Customized features, shopping carts, animated sites, extra pages etc. are available for an additional price. These will be based on size, number and complexity of work. A quotation will be given and approved by client.

The website address will be property of the client, may be purchased through Kathleen Hogg or use a point transfer if client has an existing address.

Email accounts linked to the site as a .com address will be charged to the client, should they be required. Transfer of the site; if the client is maintaining the site it will be released upon payment of the website.

Publishing of the site; if managed by Kathleen Hogg will be done once payment is received. Should the client fail to pay, Kathleen Hogg reserves the right to shut down the site.

Maintenance & Hosting Packages: The pricing agreement will be based on the reports, revisions, email addresses, size of site, and/or additional postings. Basic hosting begins at $10/month. The client may also take over the management of the site, a nominal fee will be charged for training.

Logos: prices begin at $100 based on 3 revisions of 5 templates. A GIF, JPEG and Vector format will be provided to the client after payment is received. Should the basic logo revisions go above the option listed below, work will be completed at a rate of $55/hour. Additional logos, features and creation will be based on a quotation basis and approved by the client.

Basic Research Package: Prices begin at $400.00 for a questionnaire for 100 respondents. This includes the questions created, distribution and an analysis report of information collected. Focus group research is based on $100.00/session. This includes creation of the questions asked, conducting a 2 hour interview and report of the results. Other research will be priced based on a quotation provided by Kathleen Hogg and approved by the client. Results will be released once payment is received.

Hourly Rate: The hourly rate for Kathleen Hogg is $75/hour.

Quotation: Based on consultation with client and services required a quote will be provided. A weekly report will be provided to the client based on activities completed and duration of those activities. This quote will be honoured, unless work goes beyond original scope of the project. Should this happen a revised quote will be given to the client for review and approval.

Should a comprehensive quote (detailed pathway, outlines of systems processes, timeline of specific projects, etc.) be required by the client, a fee of $200.00 will be charged.

Payment Criteria:

Payment may be made either through PayPal, E-transfer of funds, cash or cheque. If payment is made by cheque a 10 day grace period must pass for cheque to clear. Please make payments payable to Kathleen Hogg.

Failure to pay Kathleen Hogg for either the website or maintenance package will result in Kathleen Hogg shutting down the site. Kathleen Hogg will remain in possession of all documents and be the owner of any information obtained, until payment is received. Once payment is received and information is released to client, it is then property of the client. However, all documents and exercises conducted during the project that were and are provided by Kathleen Hogg are property thereof. Distribution of these proprietary documents provided by Kathleen Hogg is expressly forbidden.

If the cheque is returned NSF, a $50 fee will be charged. Once payment is received and cleared, the information, projects and any outstanding documents will be released.

Privacy Policy: We will not use your corporate and/or personal information for any purpose, other than analysis of your business. All business ideas will be kept confidential. We also will not share or sell your information to any other party, unless your express written permission is given. We take every precaution, to protect your information and privacy, through separate data storage, firewalls and virus protection. We store all your personal data on a separate source, in order to protect you further. If for any reason your privacy is breached, we will inform you immediately.

Corporate Ethics:

We will do our best to use Canadian resources.

For any Not for Profit, Charity or Cause Business, we will discount our price by 10%.

We will not work with any business in the following areas:

Firearms or Weaponry

•

Sexually explicit content

•

Any illegal business

•

Violent or racist organizations

We reserve the right to refuse business, if we feel it is in direct conflict with our business objectives and ethics.

Commitment to client satisfaction, we want to ensure you have a productive and helpful interaction with Kathleen Hogg; we will do everything within our power to ensure this.

Use of Information Provided by Kathleen Hogg

The information received by the client, it to be used at the sole discretion of the client. We strongly suggest that the client, also consult an Attorney, Accountant and/or Business Insurance Agent or Financial Advisor to receive express legal and financial advice. We do not take responsibility for the business model function or it’s performance.

Client Protection of Business Idea/Business Model/Service:

We will not share or distribute any material regarding the business model, idea, service or product that is the property of the client. That information will only be released if the express written permission by the client is given.
